We are born into this life with the sacred container of our bodies our constant companion to navigate this journey of life with. It is our devoted soul companion that can assist, support, teach and guide us to the best expression of who we are, if we let it. So when are dissatisfied with and we have issues with our bodies, if we complain about them being too big, flabby, fat, slow, tired or ugly we are attacking our souls alongside ourselves. We may be limited to the ideas of having to starve ourselves until we pass out or having to run ragged around a million tracks in order to drop a few pounds and arrive at our optimum health or weight. If nothing seems to be working it may be time to take a different approach to come from a new perspective or perhaps create a new paradigm.Until you do the soul work, you'll be stuck in the same place, repeating the same old painful problem over and over again. Only our inner work can truly change how we feel about our outer container. In changing the way we feel about our container by loving it completely as it, is when we can successfully invite the opportunity for it to be re-created as we desire it.
The body shapes itself around the energetic system, so when you are balanced internally you will be externally in shape. Thankfully, we have finally arrived at the full wisdom of who we really are; we now know that our health and our weight is as much about what happens between our ears as it is about what happens between our lips. Our thoughts, our consciousness, and our energy shape us and determine our weight at least as much as our diet and our exercise choices do. When we finally add these important factors into the equation then we can really start making progress in utilizing all our faculties in arriving at our perfect weight. Throughout this course, you will be guided back to the truth of who you are as a spiritual being. With the cultivation of compassion, (extending loving kindness to the self) as a support in managing stress, along with a skillful use of the breath, visualizations, and affirmations, and by stimulating the relaxation response, you will be shown how to practice actually loving yourself. This will support you in returning to your balance mentally, emotionally and ultimately physically.
A shift in consciousness is required for us to start wanting what is healthy. When our thoughts are balanced and in alignment with the truth of whom we are in our essence, in our spiritual nature, we will naturally make choices to be healthy. When we are balanced, we will make choices that keep us balanced. So to attain our best natural weight we need first to arrive at our remembering of the truth of who we are in our essence. Accepting ourselves as we are and knowing what is realistically possible as opposed to what we are supposed to look like, actually, frees us up and allows us to arrive at our best, healthiest body. Loving ourselves is essential to allow ourselves our most beautiful body; this course teaches us the practices that show you how to elevate the idea of loving yourself into an act, an actual practice.

Welcome to my school.
I am Michelle Kanti, a Lifeguide and spiritual teacher, who is excited to help you in your journey to intuitive aliveness. I have been fortunate to work as a Lifeguide for over 20 years, and have become an expert in providing Spiritual and Intuitive guidance. I am also an accomplished Yoga teacher, and specialize in energy and emotional healing that leads to the experience of peace, happiness and clarity.
After completing my degree in Psychological Services, I became frustrated with the limited choices available within the traditional path of Psychology. This led me to explore an alternative path of spiritual teachings. Hence I began my journey as a Spiritual teacher. During a period of over 20 years, I was fortunate to work with different people from many walks of life, and by trusting my own intuition and listening to their needs; I was able to gain deep insight and knowledge about the human condition. Over the years, as I helped my clients restore their inner self, they in turn taught me about what works and this alternative path to healing unfolded.
A common request from my clients was to be able to access tools that would help them in their transformation and intuitive process. This gave birth to a set of tools designed to assist people in healing themselves. These tools are called the Lifeguides Transformation Program, which provides the spiritual technology capable of creating profound and permanent changes in one’s life. These tools are available to be learned in all my courses.
